On behalf of the named practice, I accept the Divvio Mediation Professional Data Protection and Confidentiality Terms (document version 2026-07-19; organisation acceptance version 2026-07-31-v1) and confirm that the practice will comply as an independent controller. I also personally accept the Divvio Mediation Member Confidentiality and Secure-Access Acknowledgement (version 2026-07-31), including the duties to use unique private credentials, protect confidential information and use Divvio only for authorised practice work. Read the professional controller and member terms before accepting. I also agree to Divvio’s general Terms of Service and acknowledge its Privacy Policy.
